TEAM NOTES:
Edmonds-Woodway track and field
Alec Fellows has broken the school records so far this year in the long jump (he broke his own from last year) 23-05 (3rd best in state so far) and 110m hurdles 14.56 (state’s fastest time so far this year). He also owns the triple jump school record.
Katie Tougas has 3rd fastest 4A state time in the 100m so far at 12.50 (she is current school record holder in that event as well as the 200m, 400m relay, and 800m relay). Tougas signed with Seattle University to run track next year.
Edmonds-Woodway soccer
The Edmonds-Woodway soccer team is currently 5-2-1. This week they face Shorecrest, the number-one ranked 3A team in the state.
Edmonds-Woodway baseball
The Edmonds-Woodway baseball team is now 5-5. They play Lynnwood Tuesday and Wednesday and Meadowdale Friday.
