What we noticed in recent Edmonds police reports? Car thefts — three of them in one day. One of the cars was unlocked, with the keys left in the glove box, so make sure your vehicle is secured.

June 18, 336 Admiral Way: Owners of a boat at the Edmonds Marina reported that their vessel was unlawfully boarded and items were stolen from the deck and bridge while they were sleeping on board.

June 15, 21700 block 76th Ave. W.: A vending machine was reported stolen from a hallway at Stevens Hospital Health Center.

June 14:

900 block 8th Avenue South: A woman told police that someone stole her 1999 Toyota Camry, which was parked in front of her residence.

19400 block 80th Avenue West: A resident reported her car stolen.

700 block of Alder Street: A vehicle was stolen from a driveway. The car was unlocked and the keys were in the glove box.

8100 block 212th Street Southwest: A laptop computer was stolen from a locked car.

June 13, 8100 block 236th Street Southwest: An adult male was arrested after he assaulted his girlfriend and damaged her property.

June 11, 8200 block 215th Street Southwest: A man reported a residential burglary in which the front door of his home was kicked in to gain entry.
