As Independence Day approaches, the Edmonds School District reminds residents that fireworks are not allowed on school district property. The district will have staff patrolling the schools to make certain school property is safe. Fireworks are banned in the city of Edmonds in any case, but it is illegal to discharge fireworks on district property in the city of Lynnwood or unincorporated areas
of Snohomish County.
