This Saturday: learn how to qualify for $10,000 to buy a home

It’s happening this Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.:  a free Edmonds seminar for people who have a good income and good credit but no down payment for a home. Approved by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, the loan pre-approval process seminar covers how prospective homeowners can get up to $10,000 in state-funded down payment assistance. It will take place in the Champions building, 525 5th Ave. S., Suite 100.

The workshop covers advantages/disadvantages and steps to home ownership and players in the home-buying process. It also satisfies the educational requirement for state-funded down payment assistance.
