Whether you’re new to Twitter or a veteran of this popular social networking application, you’ll have a chance to meet other local Twitter users during the Edmonds Tweetup — essentially a social event where Twitter users can meet face-to-face — on Monday, June 21. The tweetup will run from 5-8 p.m. at the city’s newest burger joint, Hamburger Harry’s, located at 610 5th Ave. S.
The restaurant will offer special happy hour specials and the event will feature prizes from a variety of sponsors, including Bartell Drug, Caffe Ladro, Arnie’s Restaurant and Quan Yin Acupuncture. In addition, donations will be collected for the Edmonds Food Bank.
More than 30 people have already signed up and space is limited, so register now to reserve your spot.
