Edmonds-based Chermak Construction, Inc. has been named as one of the Top 500 remodeling firms in 2010 by Qualified Remodeler Magazine.

The annual listing, in Qualified Remodeler Magazine, is published to recognize remodeling firms for six criteria of success: Annual sales volume for the previous year, total number of years in business, association membership, certified employees on staff, industry awards and community service.

Chermak is ranked number 172 on the QR 2010 Top 500 and received Special Star recognition for association membership, certification and community cervice. The company has held this national honor representing the Northwest for the past five years.
