The Port of Edmonds Port Commission will hold a special budget workshop meeting on Thursday, Oct. 21, at 9:30 a.m. to discuss the tax levy, moorage rates and other 2011 budget items. The meeting will be in the Commission meeting room at 336 Admiral Way and the public is invited to attend
