Phil Williams, the City of Edmonds’ new public works director, will speak about Edmonds Proposition 1 at the Oct. 28 Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. If approved by voters in the Nov. 2 general election, Proposition 1 will add $40 to the $20 already assessed to Edonds voters when they renew their vehicle license tabs. More details on Proposition 1 can be found here.
The Oct. 28 luncheon will be at the Edmonds Yacht Club, 326 Admiral Way, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $17.50 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members. For reservations, contact Carolyn LaFave at the Chamber Office, clafave@edmondswa.com, or 425-332-7114.
This will, of course, comply with the provisions of the public disclosure laws, right? Mr Williams is a Pubic Employee and cannot be used to promote a piece of legislation.
