21900 block 80th Avenue West: A boyfriend/girlfriend are assaulted with paint balls in a drive-by shooting.
Nov. 1:
700 block 7th Ave. S.: A woman reported that someone opened up a cell phone account in the name of her 11-month-old son.
23800 block Highway 99: An adult male and female are stabbed at a local motel. The suspect fled in a vehicle known to the victims.

400 block Walnut Street: An elderly man was assaulted a coffee shop by another older man.
Nov. 3
7600 212th Street: Police received a report of an attempted luring of a 14-year-old girl in a business parking lot.
Nov. 4
21500 block Highway 99: An investigation of a reported assault with a weapon call results in two subjects being arrested for possession of heroin with intent to sell.
9500 block 220th Street Southwest: A woman’s ex-boyfriend was arrested for making threats to shoot her male friend.
Nov. 6
1000 block 4th Avenue South: An elderly man assaults his wife with a quad cane. The man is cited and released for health reasons.
Nov. 7
23600 Edmonds Way: A man is found laying in the road highly intoxicated with a swollen lip and abrasions to his arms.

We filed a public records request last week but were told that police have referred the case to the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office for review and a decision on whether to file charges against Mr. Bernheim. We will let you know of any new developments.
