Photographer David Carlos took his family down to the Edmonds waterfront for the Christmas Ship visit Tuesday night, and took this photo of boats decorated with holiday lights at the guest moorage docks at the Port of Edmonds.
Club members decorate their boats with bright lights and seasonal décor and the boats are available to view each night through Dec. 31. Guest moorage is located on docks “J”, “K” and “L”. Driving directions may be found at www.portofedmonds.org. Each year the Edmonds Yacht Club supports local charities during the holiday season, and this year’s beneficiaries are the Carol Rowe Memorial Food Bank, Rotary First Harvest and local animal shelters.
Simply excellent! Thanks to all those who decorate those boats and give the rest of us a delightful show!
If anyone knows where to get the mom and baby seal light I’d love a tip. We live by the seal statues in the park and thought it would be fun to have them on our little patio.
We’re told the mom and baby seal came from Sears last year.
