MS Helping Hands receives national grant to help Edmonds’ Donor Closet

For the ninth consecutive year, the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has awarded a $5,000 grant to Edmonds-based MS Helping Hands (MSHH).

The grant will be used to help the MSHH Donor Closet provide durable medical and mobility equipment to people with multiple sclerosis who reside in Washington state. Since 1999, the Donor Closet has recycled more than 195,000 used and new medical and mobility equipment items for minimum suggested donations to people with MS and others with special needs.
