The 425 Launch program developed by the Economic Development Committee of the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce is holding its second meeting this Thursday, Jan. 20, at 5:30 p.m. in the Brackett Room at City Hall, 121 Fifth Ave., Edmonds.
The goal is to promote and foster entrepreneurship by providing an every-other-month forum where business owners and those who aspire to start a business can help each other along their entrepreneurial journey. The first meeting, on Nov. 18, attracted about 20 people.
Topics of interest include choosing the right business, navigating business licensing issues, funding possibilities, cash flow, social networking, technology, marketing and other issues determined by the group.
