Does anyone know why Gallaghers’ relocated.

Long story short: The lease came up for renewal and an agreement could not be reached. The silver lining is that the new digs provide a larger, nicer wine room and a chance to improve on a lot of things. Mind you, it’s a tall order to do this quickly and within a modest budget but the employees, volunteers, and contractors are doing a superb job. It won’t be long till root beer, IPA’s, stouts, porters, blonde’s, and others are back on tap and the wonderful aroma of steaming wort is in the air.

Hey guys..imagine cleaning up that whole area w cool walking around businesses..we have Niel’s new brewery opening soon, throw in some nice art studios, couple of bars/restaurants, nice boutique hotel, walkway to the waterfront..maybe a virtual office for one of our larger WA businesses..could have a bustling little niche creating traffic, tax revenue, etc…oh man I like to dream!
