Fleck is an Enrolled Agent, the only type of person licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University, and has been running Puget Sound Tax Services in downtown Edmonds for 18 years with the invaluable help of his wife, Nancy.  Fleck notes that unlike some tax practices,  “the office is open year-round  because the IRS is too.”

Fleck also serves as treasurer of the Greater Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Edmonds Classic Car Show.  He is also the president of the Edmonds Police Foundation and a big fan of baseball.
