You have two opportunities Friday to hear Edmonds Mayor Mike Cooper deliver his 2011 State of the City Address:
9 a.m. at the Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave., where for $5 you can buy a breakfast of pancakes and strawberry compote, scrambled eggs with ham, sausage gravy and biscuits, juice, and coffee or tea.
5 p.m. at the Edmonds City Council Chambers, Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Ave. N., which will be open to the public and city workers. This address will be taped and rebroadcast on the city’s cable channel.
