We’ll have more photos soon from Amber Salinas, but here’s a quick look at the Dick’s Drive-In groundbreaking this morning in the TOP Food parking lot.
Mayor Mike Cooper called Dick’s “a Northwest icon” that is a perfect fit for Edmonds because it is a family-owned business, good to its employees and known for its community involvement.
And it turns out that the TOP Food site has drive-in roots– there used to be an A&W restaurant located there.
