Edmonds Economic Development Commission seeks new member

The City of Edmonds is seeking a resident interested in participating on the Economic Development Commission. The Commission advises and make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council, and as appropriate to the Planning Board, Architectural Design Board, or other Boards or Commissions of the City. Among the matters the commission may address: determining new strategies for economic development within the City of Edmonds and identifying new sources of revenue for the consideration of the City Council.

The Commission meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Brackett Room at Edmonds City Hall.

Interested residents within the city of Edmonds may pick up an application at the reception desk in the lobby of City Hall located at 121 5th Ave. N., or print out an application on the city website at www.ci.edmonds.wa.us. Applications must be received in the Office of the Mayor by May 20.
