Children gathered at the Edmonds Library Saturday morning to make garlands and fairy wands and celebrate the opening of the Edmonds Garden Market with a Fairy/Elf Flower Parade. Leading the parade was Children’s Librarian Edith Farrar, who played her accordion and led the group in singing along the way.
