Adding two more Edmonds CC draft picks.
Taylor Smith-Brennan, a 2010 graduate of Meadowdale High School and current second baseman at Edmonds Community College, was drafted Wednesday by the Seattle Mariners in the 34th round. He joins two other Edmonds CC baseball players who were also drafted: David Reynolds, a right-handed pitcher from Sitka, Alaska, who went in the 42nd round to the Baltimore Orioles and Bobby LeCount, a third baseman/right-handed pitcher from Shorewood High School who was taken by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 44th round.
Smith-Brennan, a 6-1, 200-pounder, hit .380 with four home runs for the Tritons this season.
Edmonds-Woodway senior Austin Jones was drafted Tuesday by the New York Yankees.
