Bird, Jackson take Edmonds by Storm Saturday

Sue Bird, Lauren Jackson, Tanisha Wright, Le’Coe Willingham and other members of the reigning WNBA champion Seattle Storm basketball team came to Edmonds-Woodway High School Saturday afternoon for a traveling practice. Players took time to sign autographs and meet fans of all ages during the event, which also featured the Storm Dance Troupe and mascot Doppler.

  1. It was an amazing day for our daughter Hannah, a real once in a liftime experience to play basketball with Lauren Jackson, Sue Bird and the best WNBA players ever.
    A huge Thanks to the Storm orginization to do this for thier fans. It was definately a day to remember!
