Aspiring actors ages 12-18 are invited to participate in Driftwood Players’ Summer Teen Ensemble of Disney’s “High School Musical,” with rehearsals for the next three weeks and a performance July 15-17 in the Wade James Theatre. While auditions were held this past weekend, we’re told the camp may still have room for those who want to make special arrangements.
Cost of the camp is $350, which includes five tickets to the performance and a tour of Seattle’s Paramount Theater.
Rehearsals will start Monday, June 27-July 8 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Technical rehearsals will be July 11-15 from 1-10 p.m.
Performances are July 15-16 at 8 p.m. and July 17 at 2 p.m. There is no rehearsal on July 4, although students are encouraged to participate in the Edmonds 4th of July Parade with the Driftwood Players.
