Congratulations to all Edmonds-area high school and college students graduating this weekend.
Edmond-Woodway High School’s graduation will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Edmonds Stadium, while Meadowdale High School graduates will receive their diplomas at 1 p.m. Saturday, also in the stadium. Scriber Lake High School held its graduation ceremony Wednesday while Edmonds Heights students graduated last Friday.
Edmonds Community College will holds its 44th annual commencement ceremony at 7:30 p.m., Friday, at Comcast Arena in Everett. This year, the college will award 2,022 degrees and certificates including 650 transfer degrees, 845 career degrees and certificates, 405 GEDs and 122 adult high school diplomas. It is the college’s largest graduating class in more than 10 years.
