Learn best way to prepare your catch at Trout Unlimited meeting Wednesday

Edmonds Salmon Chapter, Trout Unlimited is meeting on Wednesday June 22 at the South Snohomish County Senior Center, 122 Railroad Ave. Guest presenter this month will be Bryan Depew, the seafood manager at the Mill Creek Central Market. He will be bringing a large and small salmon along with a halibut to demonstrate the best way to cut and prepare your own prized catches.

Also a reminder that Trout Unlimited will be hosting a combined annual barbecue, raffle and acution on Wednesday, Aug. 10, the organization’s main fundraiser for the year. Ticket information is available on the website or by calling Gary McConaghy at 206-354-0877.
