Former Edmonds City Councilmember Roger Hertrich has filed to run for Mayor of Edmonds.
A longtime watchdog and critic of council activities, Hertrich is a 40-year Edmonds resident who served on the Edmonds City Council from 1988-1991. He joins former City Councilmember Dave Earling on the list of those challenging incumbent Mayor Mike Cooper.
