Home that Edmonds-area students built now for sale in Mill Creek

A house built during the past school year by Edmonds Vocational Education instructors and students is now for sale in Mill Creek.

The house is located at 214 159th St. S.E., Mill Creek.

The 1,914-square-foot rambler, built through a 36-year partnership between the Edmonds School District and Lynnwood Rotary Club, is located just a few blocks west of Mill Creek Town Center. Each year, a house is planned and constructed by students from Lynnwood, Meadowdale, Edmonds-Woodway, Scriber Lake and Mountlake Terrace high schools, with proceeds from the house project reinvested to financially support the program in perpetuity.

Last year’s house built by the students is located next door.

The Multiple Listing Service description calls the home “elegant” with serene interiors, soaring ceilings, granite kitchen counters, skylights and a private master suite. The asking price is $369,950.
