Girls soccer

Meadowdale 5, Marysville-Getchell 4 (OT)

The Mavericks overcame a 3-0 halftime lead by the Chargers on a hat trick by Alyssa Sagdahl, who scored in the 39th, 73rd and 77th minute, and a goal by Emily Critchlow at the 55-minute mark. Sagdahl’s 77th-minute score sent the game into extra time, setting up Tisha Parsley’s game-winning goal in the third minute of overtime. With the win, the Mavericks remain undefeated at 4-0 league, 6-0 overall.

Edmond-Woodway 2, Stanwood 1
Hanna Thuesen struck first for the Warriors in the 38th minute and Sophia Colvin scored again in the 63rd minute to pull out a 2-1 win over Stanwood. The Warriors are now 1-2-1 in Wesco South.

The Timberwolves beat the Warriors 25-18, 25-20 and 25-11. E-W was led by Julia Hutchinson’s 16 digs and Selma Tanjo’s four kills and three aces. Allie Rutz added two kills and three blocks.
