Marysville Pilchuck 21, Edmonds-Woodway 17
Cody House rushed for 121 yards on 15 carries as Marysville Pilchuck defeated Edmonds-Woodway on the Tomahawks’ home field Friday night. The Warriors were stifled by M-P’s tough defense, which limited E-W to 15 yards rushing on 26 attempts. Lee Anderson, the Warriors’ back-up quarterback completed 5 of 10 passes for 55 yards.
Meadowdale 44, Marysville-Getchell 8
The Mavericks put 30 points on the board in the first quarter on their way to a 44-8 win Friday. Kyle Newsom and Chace Diemond each scored two touchdowns in Meadowdale’s win. The Mavericks are now 2-0 for the season.
