Hans Lienesch, the Edmonds man who reviews ramen noodles on a daily basis and writes about it at ramenrater.com, announced that he has reached a milestone: on Friday, he reviewed his 500th bowl of noodles.

The review was of Mexi-Ramen’s Soupless Ramen: Shallot Teriyaki flavor.

“It had a decent flavor but a lackluster consistency,” Lienesch wrote. “I’m giving this one 2.5 out of 5.0 stars.”
