Tryouts are this week for Meadowdale Girls Feeder Basketball, which is designed for more serious players in 5th through 8th grade who will be attending Meadowdale High School in the future or who live in the Meadowdale High School service area.
The program is supported by basketball coaches and players from the Meadowdale High School Lady Mavs team — and gives young players the opportunity to develop into the competitive high school system while learning the “Meadowdale Way.”
Tryouts will be Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 13-14, from 7-9 p.m. at the Meadowdale High School Gym in Lynnwood.
Teams are part of AAU basketball and play in select team tournaments and the Wesco Youth Basketball League, where they compete against other area high school feeder teams.
