Revised schedule for upcoming Edmonds candidates forums

Here is the latest list of candidates/issues forums in Edmonds:

Monday, Sept. 26: Edmonds School Board and Public Hospital District No. 2 candidates, Edmonds Council Chamber, 250 5th Ave. N. Doors open at 6 p.m. with forum from 7-9 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 3:  Edmonds City Council and Mayoral candidates, Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 4th Ave. N. Doors open at 6 p.m. with forum from 7-9 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 10: Alliance of Citizens for Edmonds (ACE) and Edmonds Senior Center forum for Edmonds City Council and Mayoral candidates, at the Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave. Light refreshments will be available. Meet-the-candidates opening at 6 p.m. followed by the forum at 6:30 p.m.  Each candidate will be given questions from a facilitator and if time permits, the audience. All candidates will be given time to make a closing statement.
Thursday, Oct. 13: The Snohomish County League of Women Voters Forum at the Edmonds United Methodist Church, 828 Caspers St. Includes candidates for County Executive and County Council, Mayor and City Council positions in Edmonds, Edmonds School Board positions,and Water District and Hospital District Commissions. Co-sponsors for the meeting are the American Association of University Women and the Methodist Church. Refreshments and mixing from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Candidates will speak following introductory remarks and will then respond to questions.
Monday, Oct. 17: My Edmonds News is sponsoring a forum on the three property tax levies that will appear before Edmonds voters. This forum will feature representatives speaking for and against each proposal, with speakers answering questions from the audience. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with presentations starting at 7 p.m., in the Edmonds Council Chambers.
