Upcoming class offerings from Edmonds Parks & Recreation:

One-day Saturday art classes in October: Card Weaving (Oct 8), Fused Glass (Oct 8), Mixed Media (Oct 22), Precious Metal Clay (Oct 29).

Evening drawing class for kids: For ages 6-12. Landscapes, animals, people — new drawing projects each week.  Have fun, expand drawing skills and become more confident in self-expression. Artist-quality mediums used. Mondays, Oct. 17-Nov. 21, 6-7:15 p.m., cost $54 plus $6 supply fee.

Fitness at Edmonds Parks & Rec: Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Jazzercise Lite, Taekwon-Do, Kendo, Tai Chi, Qigong, Feldenkrais and more.

Photography class: Do you want to learn more about your camera and what you can do with your photos? Join one of our upcoming classes, Digital Photography, Basic Photography Exposure and Composition and Basic Photoshop for Beginners.

Healthy Eating for Busy People: Learn easy ways to make healthy eating convenient, time-saving cooking and shopping tips, and sample delicious recipes such as Black Bean and Yam Quesadillas, California Quinoa Salad and more.  Class is Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for only $25 and a $5 supply fee to instructor.
