The Edmonds Police Department Centennial Committee is asking for the community’s help in identifying the officer (circled) on the far left in this 1948 Edmonds Police Department group photo. The other employees include Ray Rasmussen, Police Judge Ray Doty and Victor Holmquest.
“We are trying to identify the officer as part of the research we are doing as we approach our department’s Centennial Celebration,” Edmonds Police Sgt. Don Anderson said.
