Edmond Parks Department offers Skagit bald eagle watch/tours Dec. 3-4

Here’s your chance to see bald eagles up close when Edmonds Parks & Recreation sponsors eagle-watching trips Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 3 and 4.

The trips, through Wildwater River Tours, are held at Skagit Bald Eagle Preserve, where each winter up to 300 bald eagles congregate. Float with an experienced eagle-watcher river guide and other enthusiasts in a comfortable raft on calm water. All rafting equipment is included.

For ages 6 and over. The fee is $75, and children under 18 must register with an adult. The trip runs from 11 a.m.-2:45 p.m. each day. You can register here.
