The second annual Clothes for Kids Transforming Lives Breakfast will be from 8 to 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9 at the Lynnwood Convention Center, 3711 196th St. SW, Lynnwood.
Thanks to sponsors, the event is free. Donations to Clothes for Kids will be requested. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast and program to follow. You can register online at the Clothes for Kids website.
The Meadowdale Middle Jazz Band will perform and Debbie Whitlock of Femme Finance Radio will emcee. Clothes for Kids will recognize the Alderwood Terrace Rotary Club for its many contributions and there will be a special acknowledgement of Clothes for Kids founding director Sharie Ennis.
Since 1984, Clothes for Kids has been providing clothing for low-income children in Snohomish County, at no cost, in a “retail store” environment at 16725 52nd Ave. W., Suite B, Lynnwood.
