Edmonds City Council to hold executive session, committee meetings Tuesday

The Edmonds City Council Tuesday night will hold an executive session regarding labor negotiations and potential litigation. That session starts at 6 p.m., followed by committee meetings, which begin at 7 p.m. in the council chambers, Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Ave. N.
