EPIC Literary Series comes to Edmonds starting Thursday

EPIC – the Edmonds Prose|Poetry Literary Community – kicks off its Literary Series this Thursday, Jan. 12, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Edmonds Library.

The program will feature novelist and nonfiction author Skye Moody, known for “Washed Up: The Curious Journeys of Flotsam and Jetsam”, and the Pacific Northwest Mystery Series, including “K Falls” and “The Good Diamond.” Moody will share selections of her work, answer questions and offer a take-home exercise for interested writers.

EPIC was created to feature writers each month, and to encourage an ongoing writing and reading community in Edmonds. Programs will run the second Thursday of each month at the library, located at 650 Main St. EPIC is sponsored by the Edmonds Arts Commission, Edmonds Community College literary magazine (editor Amanda Laughtland), Swedish Art Committee, and the Edmonds Library.
