Sidney Eck scored 10 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead the Edmonds-Woodway girls basketball team to a 54-19 win over the Mariner Marauders Thursday night. The victory means the Lady Warriors move on to the next round of the District 1 playoffs, facing an as yet-to-be-determined opponent next Tuesday.
Freshman Leah Bakken was named the Revelations Yogurt Player of the Game after scoring her first basket as a varsity player. She will receive a gift certificate to Revelations Yogurt in downtown Edmonds.
