Rita Moore from the Washington Native Plant Society will be the guest speaker at the Edmonds Floretum Garden Club Saturday Workshop Feb. 11, from 10 a.m.-noon in the meeting room of Coldwell Banker Bain, 108 5th Ave. S.
Moore, an educator and advocate for establishing native plantings in urban environments, will speak and show slides about “Native Plants for the Home Garden.” This workshop is designed to help the home gardener make plans and list “must haves” for upcoming winter/spring plant sales.
