A reminder that this Thursday, Feb. 23 is the deadline for public comment about a 27-home Planned Residential Development  (PRD) proposed in southwest Edmonds.

During a Feb. 9 hearing on the proposal, Hearing Examiner Emily Terrell  extended the public comment deadline to Feb. 23 after receiving complaints that there was insufficient notice or time to prepare comments for the hearing. Comments to the Hearing Examiner should be directed via Kernen Lien, Associate Planner, at lien@ci.edmonds.wa.us.

The  proposed development is west of Hickman Park at 104th Street Southwest and 230th Street Southwest, on 5.61 acres that the Edmonds School District sold to Burnstead Construction in 2006.
