Reminder: Madrona Children’s Theatre to present ‘Cinderella’ March 29-April 1

Madrona Children’s Theatre (MCT), in cooperation with Madrona K-8 school in the Edmonds School District, is presenting its 19th full-scale musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella,” this Thursday-Sunday, March 29-April 1, at the Mountlake Terrace High School Theater.

Eighty student actors will bring the endearing fairy tale to life, including several students from the school’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program. Students range from 4th to 8th graders, and all who audition are given roles. As in previous years, the group is divided into two casts, one of which features American Sign Language by both hearing and hearing-impaired students.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and may be purchased by calling Deborah Hargrave at 425-774-8639. Performances are held at Mountlake Terrace High School, 21801 44th Ave W., Mountlake Terrace.

Performance dates and times are:
Thursday, March 29 at 7 p.m.
Friday, March 30 at 7 p.m.*
Saturday, March 31 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday, April 1 at 12:30 p.m.* and 5 p.m.*
* ASL interpreted performances
