Benefit Meadowdale High School athletics and win cool stuff at the 2012 Viva Los Mavericks Auction set for Saturday, March 24 at Harbor Square Athletic Club in Edmonds.
Among the items up for bid: a “Maverick Mega Man Cave,” featuring a 50-inch flat screen TV and stand, a “man-sized” recliner, a Heineken beer refrigerator and beer, two Seahawks tickets and various sports gear — an $1,800 value.
The 5 p.m. fiesta at Harbor Square Athletic Club features two silent auctions, raffle, catered dinner, dessert dash, live auction, and no-host bar with $5 wine, beer or margaritas. Individual tickets are $45, table of 10 for $400 ($50 savings). Order tickets by March 16 at www.gomavs.org.
Even if you can’t attend, you can still make a difference with a cash donation at www.gomavs.org. Donations will help purchase safe sports equipment and pay-to-play scholarships for those worthy student athletes who otherwise could not afford to play.
