David Preston, a Port of Edmonds commissioner and Pacific Little League dad, submitted this photo of opening day at Lynndale Park last Saturday.

Preston reports that all three fields were in full “swing” as teams of all ages played under sunny skies. For the next 10 weeks, over 650 boys and girls will be be playing ball every day and enjoying some great food at the best “snack shack” in the Northwest, Preston said.
