Do you love to travel? Love music, jewelry, fine dining, collectibles, boat trips, bargains? Then you won’t want to miss the annual DeMiero FanJAZZtic Dinner Auction Sunday, April 29, starting at 4 p.m. at the Mill Creek Country Club.
Auction proceeds go to put on the popular DeMiero Jazz Festival, which each year attracts more than 1,000 young music students from the U.S. and Canada. Money will also provide the Edmonds-based non-profit Friends of Frank DeMiero the means to expand the JazzReach program to year-round educational clinics and workshops in elementary, middle and high schools. Music directors enjoy this opportunity to enhance the musical experience of their students by having professional artists, such as the Festival’s Artistic Director Dee Daniels, work right in the classroom.
Fabulous auction items are being added daily, including a week-long stay in beautiful Bali, a week stay in Tuscany, live musical entertainment in your home, autographed electric guitars from Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, collector dolls, an Off to College package, and Here Comes the Bride package. The event also features live entertainment, a Dessert Dash and auctioneer April Brown, back by popular demand.
