Business professionals invited to Edmonds BNI chapter meeting April 26

Karen Rosenzweig will be the guest speaker April 26.

The Edmonds Big Dogs chapter of Business Networking International (BNI) ranked in the top 10 for  “Chapter Size” and “Closed Business Dollars” in the Pacific Northwest region during the past six months. The chapter is now accepting applications from business professionals who would like to be considered for membership, and those interested are invited to attend the next meeting Thursday, April 26, starting at 8 a.m.

The meeting will feature a special presentation by BNI Director Consultant and Edmonds resident Karen Rosenzweig, an expert on BNI, word-of-mouth-marketing and using social media to grow your small business.

An international organization, BNI focuses on the exchange of qualified business referrals among members. BNI’s key to success is its “Givers Gain” philosophy and the policy of only one person per profession in a chapter, which eliminates competition within the chapter. The April 26 Big Dogs visitors’ day meeting will be held at the Edmonds Conference Center, 201 4th Ave. N.  Cost for the event is $10 and includes breakfast.

  1. I’ve been a member of this group for over 4 years. It is far and away the best group of business professionals I’ve surrounded my self with. The referrals I receive from the group accounts for a significant portion of my business. I strongly encourage any Compmanies looking to grow their business to attend.

  2. As a new member (a few months), I look forward to our meetings each week. They’re energizing, fun and the members are truly dedicated to their craft. I also believe everyone in the group always has the best interest of the customer in mind. Each week I hear how a variety of professionals have saved clients, time, trouble and often money. Like Marty, I also feel it’s a great use of my time and have been pleased with the referrals I have received (relatively early in my membership).
