Fashion takes center stage at annual fundraiser for downtown Edmonds merchants

The latest styles from downtown Edmonds merchants, including these clothes from C'est la Vie, were on display Thursday night.
A highlight of the evening were wedding dresses from Edmonds bridal shop Cynderellies Closet.

Nearly 200 attendees filled the Edmonds Conference Center Thursday night fr the fourth annual Downtown Edmonds Merchants Association Annual Fashion Show, “A Day in The Life of Edmonds.”

Downtown Merchants Association President Pat McKee said he was pleased with the turnout, noting the event was sold out. At the end of the evening, he recognized the hard work of event organizers Petra and Alexandra Rousu of The Savvy Traveler.

Shooby Doo catering provided the food, Arista Wine Cellars brought the wine and cupcakes were supplied by Frosted Cupcakes. Those attending bid throughout the evening on fabulous themed raffle baskets donated by local merchants and businesses.

All funds raised will benefit the Downtown Edmonds Merchants Association and their marketing activities.

The Edmonds Conference Center hosted a sold-out crowd.
