Everyone is invited to Meadowdale Middle School April 28 for Move 60! Family Fitness Day.
From 9 a.m. to noon, families and individuals may take part in a fun run, bicycle rodeo, dance party, jump rope time, food tasting, futbol (indoor soccer), orienteering and more. Plus, there will be exhibits and door prizes.
