The new Holy Rosary Catholic Church Pastoral Center is complete, and a community reception for Edmonds is set from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, April 12.
The center, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, will be used by church ministries that include youth activities, outreach, faith formation, food bank, clothing bank, funeral and wedding receptions, dinners, fundraisers and meetings.
Parishioners will be able to rent the new hall for special events such as anniversary parties, wedding receptions and other festivities. In addition, the hall will be available for rent to other churches and non-profits when not in use for Holy Rosary activities.
The planning, fund raising and construction of the new multi-purpose facility has taken 15 years due to the renovations of the school and the church.
The info I have says that the open house is Thursday April 12th 4-6 pm. – not today.
