Warriors down Mariner 6-0 Thursday, travel to Kamiak Friday

The Edmonds-Woodway High School boys baseball team let loose for five runs in the second inning, including a two-run double by Ben Roquet, as the Warriors beat Mariner 6-0 Thursday. In addition to Roquet, who went 2-for-2 at the plate, E-W was led by Patrick Bernard, who was 2-for-3 with a double and pitcher Jorgen Arnesen, who threw seven shut-out innings, striking out eight.
The Warriors improve to 5-0 in league play and travel to Kamiak Friday for a 4 p.m. game that will be streamed live on Warrior Radio.
  1. We appreciate the publicity you have given the Warriors and in particular our sons Ryan and Tate Budnick, but Ryan shouldn’t given credit for today’s hits. It was Patrick Bernard who went 2-3 with a double for EW. The Warriors improve to 6-0 in league and 8-1 overall.
Again, thank you so much for covering EW sports and Warrior radio. People all over the state, and out of state as well, have commented how great it is to be able to listen to our EW teams play.
    Thank you again,

    Jennifer Eklund
