“The Beat Goes On” at the Barclay Shelton recital series, June 15 and 16 at 7 p.m., and June 17 at 4 p.m. at the Edmonds Center for Arts.
According to administrator, Marcus Shelton, the shows will feature 304 dancers, under the direction of 11 instructors, in a total of 51 dance numbers. “Putting together a professional and seamless performance is both the joy and the challenge of what we do,” said Shelton. He wants folks to know that “all three shows are almost completely sold out,” with only a handful of tickets available.
In addition, Barclay Shelton’s performing group, Dance Theatrics, will be at the Edmonds Arts Festival, June 16, 11:30 a.m.
