Edmonds-Woodway High School senior Katarina Nguyen spoke during a recent Edmonds Daybreakers Rotary Club meeting. Nguyen has won speech contests sponsored by both the American Legion and the VFW, and has also delivered speeches at the Memorial Day services at Edmonds Cemetery.
